Trina Symone became an artist after much effort to avoid this path. Her studies in education mainly focused on Math and Sciences where she further developed her spatial concepts in application with her artistic talent. Her art specializations include writing poems for greeting cards and social commentary, paintings on multi media including canvas, bottles; acrylic boards etc.
She started her first company, Jamaican Accents in 2000, producing greeting cards, and has expanded her collection to include paintings, books, and a variety of art products. She has hosted exhibitions in Jamaica, Argentina, Trinidad, and Barbados, and works consistently with a network of associates including photographers, illustrators, web/graphic designers, film producers, musicians, etc.
She migrated to Canada in 2005 as a permanent resident and has conducted exhibitions at the Distillery District, and other gallery venues.
She has some cynical views about the world, but her activities will prove otherwise.
Trina-Symone, the artist, works consistently, and has accomplished most of anything she has decided to do. It saves on time.
